Terms of Service
Effective: April 14, 2026 · Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Keido LLC ("Keido", "we", "our", "us"). By using this website or joining the Founder's Circle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the Founder's Circle is
The Founder's Circle is a private, pre-launch cohort for founders and business owners interested in the Keido product. Joining the Founder's Circle entitles you to:
- A welcome email and periodic updates about the product and its capabilities
- Early access to the Keido product before public launch, subject to availability
- Personal onboarding when the product is available to you
- Direct input into the product roadmap and the capabilities Kei develops next
- The opportunity to lock in pre-launch pricing for the lifetime of your account, if you are among the first 50 customers to sign up for a paid plan after launch
- Notification when the product launches
The Founder's Circle is a commitment of intent, not a contractual guarantee. Keido does not guarantee early access on any particular date, availability of any specific feature, or any specific price tier. We intend to honor every commitment above, but circumstances may require changes.
3. Pre-launch pricing
We intend to honor pre-launch pricing for the Founder's Circle cohort. The specifics:
- Pre-launch pricing (currently $49 / $149 / $499 per month across Starter, Pro, and Unlimited tiers) will be locked in for the lifetime of your account, as long as the account remains in good standing and is not transferred to a different owner.
- The pricing offer is limited to the Founder's Circle cohort and closes when the cohort is full or at public launch, whichever comes first.
- The offer is non-transferable. Cancelled accounts forfeit the locked-in pricing.
- Keido reserves the right to change published tier prices for customers who join after the Founder's Circle closes. Once your pricing is locked, it stays locked for the life of your account.
4. Your conduct
When interacting with Keido (the website, the Founder's Circle, email correspondence), you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spammy information through the signup form
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the website, the signup endpoint, or any related infrastructure
- Use any Keido email address for unsolicited commercial outreach or any purpose unrelated to the Founder's Circle
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party
We may remove your record from the Founder's Circle, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.
5. Email communications
By joining the Founder's Circle you agree to receive the welcome email, product updates, launch notifications, and occasional direct notes from the founder. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the one-click unsubscribe link included in every Founder's Circle email, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 7 days.
6. Intellectual property
The Keido name, the Keido wordmark, the Kei character, the /do command, and the design, copy, and layout of this website are the property of Keido LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of these materials without our written permission.
7. No warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keido disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Founder's Circle is a pre-launch marketing activity. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide a product or service, or a guarantee that the Keido product will launch, launch on any particular schedule, or include any particular feature.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keido LLC and its officers, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the Founder's Circle. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Keido LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the website will be resolved in the courts of that state. You and Keido each waive any right to a jury trial in any such dispute.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to anyone in the Founder's Circle. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
